Strength and Conditioning as well as more sport specific trainings

Preventing Injuries is the most important aspect, which is why we will start at an easy and safe point and build the training up from there as soon as you are ready.

You will be assessed on flexibility, mobility, cardiovascular endurance, balance and upper/lower body control as well as strength. 

The results of the assessment will show your strengths and weaknesses to determine the necessary steps to get to your goal. 

While the lines between the described 3 Phases are blurry and even high-level athletes might have postural malalignments to work on, especially caused by repetitive motion, the assessment gives a good idea on your fitness level and what aspects to work on
