SPORTS BACKGROUND

Pursuing the sport of Bodybuilding from my teenage years until now, I’ve learned all about consciously activating muscles which turned out to be a great asset when being confronted with friends and clients that suffered from pains and injuries and needed to be trained in a controlled manner. In recent years, to push myself outside of my comfort zone, I have also picked up endurance sports and have joined multiple Triathlons, and Marathons until I finally fell in love with martial arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Grappling and Muay Thai in particular. In those sports ive widened my horizon and applied necessary training strategies regardingexplosiveness, motion & mobility and cardiovascular endurance in general.

TRAINING

1st Phase

Improvement of Balance, Posture and core strength

This stage is focused on corrective exercise, during which assessed muscle imbalances are being worked on with the goal for proper muscle alignment and functionality. This stage is very important in injury prevention and pain relief that originates from improper force transition.

2nd Phase

Working on Cardiovascular and Muscle-endurance

The second stage aims to improve strength and functionality as well as lifting cardiovascular levels to a good level of endurance, which helps during everyday life. During this stage, a lot of physical changes, such as muscle growth and fat loss occur, due to the nature of the training intensity and elevation of the fitness levels.

3rd Phase

Strength and Conditioning as well as more sport specific trainings

The 3rd stage is a more specific approach mainly for those who have achieved a good level of fitness and aim to work on specific, individual goals like explosiveness for a golf swing, conditioning for martial arts or setting a PR for your lifts.
